I usually go through the drive-thru at the Hartsdale Starbucks, and every visit is a great experience thanks to Trev. He consistently provides outstanding customer service, always greeting customers with a positive attitude and a friendly smile. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail make my mornings better and brighten my day every time I stop by. It’s clear that he cares about providing excellent service, and his efforts do not go unnoticed. Starbucks is lucky to have such a dedicated employee on their team!

Extremely poor service at this Starbucks location. This happened today around 10 AM at the drive-thru. I don’t usually go to Starbucks, but I received a gift card from a customer at my job and thought it would be a convenient option, especially since I have a baby and the drive-thru is easier. I asked multiple times for a minute to look at the menu, but the employee kept talking over me and repeatedly asked, “How can I help you?” I had to repeat myself several times just to get a moment to decide. For my order, I got a small Vanilla Bean drink, one coffee (I asked for a recommendation for something “tasty”), and a breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese, and sausage on an English muffin. The total came out to $13.95. When I asked for a recommendation for a medium drink, I was instead handed a small black coffee, which was not what I asked for. To make matters worse, the cup had “be brave” written on it, which felt passive-aggressive given the interaction. At the window, while I was putting my gift card away, the employee handed over the drink in a way that caused hot coffee to spill on me and my son’s father. So bad. Just so bad ... The drive thru service was so slow, the person spoke so mumbly you couldn't understand him, he bent over and his tush was hanging out. My coffee cup was covered with spilled coffee then the girl picked up a rag from the counter and wiped the mouth piece off with it. Handed me a dripping hot cup. I threw it away because it was the wrong color as in wayyyyyyy to dark so off from what I ordered and I was scared to drink from it wondering what was on the rag. Butttt the cake pop was good. So there's that ..

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Great customer service they also have drive thru lane. I only like their matcha 🍵 tea never a fan of Starbucks coffee. Love love green tea matcha and Starbucks makes the best tasting ones. I tried other stores nothing compares.

It was an average experience for me. Caramel machiato was ok The sitting area ok, but I recommend changing the arm chairs they are old dirty and not comfortable to sit on The barista who calls for the drinks says the name of the drink, not the name of the guest, which is confusing 🤔 😐 The store is clean. The restrooms were clean Plenty parking spaces. The drive thru is busy If you want some quiet time with average coffee you can go there I hope they improve so I can give them 5 stars 🌟
